Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex calendars for the Sr. Director, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Coordinate executive travel and logistics, including booking/modifying itineraries and supporting visa processes as needed.
  • •Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings and events, ensuring agendas, materials, technology, and participant information are ready.
  • •Support leadership and staff meetings by capturing notes, documenting action items, and tracking follow-ups.
