Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop sales-floor environment, building client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales-floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipment and product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence, while executing front and back of house procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and handle constant movement in and around the store.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and safely climbing ladders.
