System Administrator I

Operate, maintain, and administer enterprise server and client systems supporting the USAFCENT Combined Air Operations Center. Provide Tier 2 technical support, manage user accounts and access, monitor logs and system performance, and troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues. Maintain as-built configuration and connectivity documentation, track COTS licenses and renewals, coordinate approved upgrades, and support cloud services while ensuring a secure operating environment.
