Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, maintain, administer, and manage enterprise server and client hardware, software, applications, and mobile services.
  • •Provide Tier 2 technical support and perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades for server systems.
  • •Manage and administer user accounts, profiles, and access while monitoring adherence to security policies.
  • •Monitor workstation/server logs and system performance, utilize monitoring tools, and resolve platform and infrastructure problems.
  • •Coordinate approved hardware/software changes and updates, maintain as-built configuration and documentation, and support cloud services.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Computer Science (or related field) or 4+ years of IT domain knowledge.
  • •DoD 8140 DCWF 451 (Intermediate Level).
  • •Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification.
  • •Ability to install, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain physical and virtual server systems.
  • •Provide Tier 2 technical support and maintain secure user access and system monitoring.
