Own preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems, ensuring inspections, diagnostics, and emergency responsiveness follow safety guidelines. Coordinate with contractors and supervise in-house technicians to deliver timely, high-quality repairs and installations. Maintain maintenance checklists and produce incident and periodic maintenance reports for the Facilities Manager, including trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including regular inspections on electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems.
•Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and systems (irrigation, lighting, etc.).
•Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently within safety guidelines and ensure timely response to requests and emergencies.
•Coordinate with contractors and supervise in-house maintenance technicians to ensure proper task allocation and completion quality.
•Maintain and update maintenance checklists and documentation, and prepare incident reports, inspection logs, and periodic summaries for the Facilities Manager.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related technical roles.
•Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems.
•Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently while following safety guidelines.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple maintenance tasks and emergencies.
•Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
