Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead K&A’s technical involvement in PPP opportunities from proposal and bidding through award, execution, and operation.
  • •Advise on PPP structures, processes, contractual arrangements, and stakeholder responsibilities across the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead and support infrastructure projects involving large water transmission systems, water treatment plants, and major water facilities.
  • •Advise Project Managers and design/engineering teams on PPP-related technical and contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • •Support evaluation and financial modelling for PPP delivery models (including BOT/BOO), feasibility assessments, and risk allocation/cost-benefit analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •18+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Involvement in at least two PPP projects with clear description of roles and responsibilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of PPP institutional/regulatory frameworks, procurement/bidding, contract management, and stakeholder responsibility matrices.
  • •Demonstrated experience with BOT and BOO contractual models and financial modelling/cost-benefit analysis.
