Manage sourcing, replenishment, purchasing plans, and SLOB reporting with cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage finished goods inventory for both local and internationally sourced products.
•Update supply plans using demand signals, supplier capacity, and in-transit visibility.
•Execute supply planning and MRP activities in line with company policies, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, import timelines, and logistics constraints.
•Develop and maintain sourcing, replenishment, and purchasing plans, ensuring timely PR releases and optimal utilization of supplier contracts.
•Control inventory by monitoring stock aging, expiry exposure, batch management, and reporting SLOB inventory risks to drive mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Planning.
•Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of statistical modeling and planning tools.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
