Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multi-person FCA teams by directing and supporting work progress and resolving issues.
  • •Interface with client representatives onsite and coordinate team schedules and responsibilities.
  • •Represent the firm at pre-bid meetings, shortlist interviews, and project kick-off meetings as part of client/account management.
  • •Conduct walkthrough surveys to assess mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems and document findings with detailed photos.
  • •Prepare FCA/PCA deliverables including cost estimates and multi-year capital spending plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •5 years of commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience with understanding of site work, structural systems, building envelope, and MEP.
  • •5 years of building evaluation experience writing Facility Condition Assessment Reports.
  • •Experience with facility capital planning.
  • •Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
