Job Summary

Lead day-to-day retail operations at Vans, supporting the store leadership team to deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement. •Deliver personalized customer engagement and model selling behaviors through authentic interactions.
•Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
•Coach and develop associates; assist with training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
•Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain merchandising and inventory standards, including visual merchandising, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving with loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.4 - 30 hourly

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
•Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

•Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools; able to perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
