Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot development, industrialization, and optimization projects for extrusion-coating processes.
  • •Develop and optimize formulations, resins, and raw materials to improve technical performance, product quality, and costs.
  • •Provide technical expertise to Production, R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams on processes, formulations, and materials.
  • •Collaborate with extrusion-coating raw material suppliers and Procurement to identify, qualify, and integrate new raw materials.
  • •Ensure ongoing technological monitoring to drive innovation and continuous improvement, including qualification and follow-up of industrial trial performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in formulation development, extrusion, or polymer processing in demanding industrial environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of resins, polymers, and raw materials used in relevant industrial processing.
  • •Good understanding of extrusion and compounding equipment and analytical techniques (FTIR, DSC, rheology, spectroscopy/spectrometry).
  • •Proven experience managing industrial development and qualification projects, with professional English (minimum C1).
