Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow, develop, and motivate a high-performing distribution planning team.
  • •Maximize product turns and minimize scrap risk; optimize inventory velocity and reduce obsolete/aged inventory.
  • •Represent distribution network capacity with business and production planning; ensure assigned product categories are stocked to business targets.
  • •Partner with demand planners and monitor SKU-level forecast accuracy to improve inventory availability and customer satisfaction at each location.
  • •Manage new product introductions and eliminations, monitor customer scorecards, and drive process efficiency improvements through automation and simplification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business management.
  • •7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting in the chemical or retail industry.
  • •APICS certification is a plus.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • •Ability to read/write/speak/understand English; strong math skills and reliable attendance, with flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
