Job Summary

Manage the Jackson Medical Center branch by leading sales, service, and operations to help customers achieve their financial goals. •Lead all facets of branch sales, service, and operations, including managing branch performance.
•Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and refer customers to other bank areas as needed.
•Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Leverage tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities, and maintain product and policy knowledge.
•Oversee recruitment and hiring, ensure operational compliance (operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies), and build community and internal partnerships.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
•Ability to manage and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
•Maintain knowledge and educate the team on products, services, technology, and policies.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
•Ability to recruit/hire and develop colleagues aligned with Huntington’s culture.
