Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop partnership strategies and frameworks to achieve WPB OKRs and strategic priorities.
  • •Conduct market research to assess opportunities, identify partnership landscapes, and support structured opportunity evaluation.
  • •Own partnership pitches, negotiations, analysis, and deal management from beginning to end to deliver partnership strategy and collaboration.
  • •Manage partners and internal stakeholders using an agile approach to ensure delivery of projects, POCs, sprint planning, and partner onboarding.
  • •Lead partnership meetings, manage conflicts of interest, drive continuous improvement in customer experience, and support regional/global propositions.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent knowledge of the digital banking and fintech landscape, with ability to translate opportunities into execution strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of the HK landscape and experience in China.
  • •Experience leading and/or successfully involving a partnership deal end-to-end.
  • •Previous business development and consulting background is preferred.
  • •Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (speak and write).
