Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and review of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, irrigation, STPs, elevators, escalators, and piping systems.
  • •Ensure mechanical designs meet local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
  • •Prepare, review, and approve mechanical schematics, specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • •Coordinate mechanical deliverables across electrical, ELV, architectural, and structural teams; integrate mechanical systems into project designs.
  • •Guide and mentor junior engineers, resolve complex technical issues, review vendor submittals, and support commissioning with issue resolution and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced CAD proficiency for drafting and creating accurate technical drawings and mechanical deliverables.
  • •Extensive architectural/engineering knowledge to coordinate project technical aspects and resolve design challenges.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and QA.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills; plus ability to review and approve mechanical schematics, specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
