Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across geographies.
  • •Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
  • •Manage the end-to-end recruiting full cycle including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding.
  • •Work with country/business unit leaders and local operation teams to understand and apply local best practices.
  • •Develop SOPs and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • •In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative.
  • •Fluency in both English and Mandarin for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
