Key Responsibilities

•Configure Workday modules within Order to Cash to meet business needs and design business processes, workflows, organizational structures, and security models
•Tailor system functionality (dashboards, reports, approval flows) to align with operational requirements
•Support integrations with discovery, design and testing of integrations within Order to Cash
•Configure, maintain, and advise on security within Workday, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments
•Develop and maintain Workday reports (matrix and composite), assist with existing custom reports, and document report functions for maintenance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
•Established and proven experience in a Workday support role
•In-depth knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
•Proficiency in Workday Finance report writing (Advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields)
•Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards)
