Key Responsibilities

  • •Design care pathways that drive clinical outcomes using evidence-based practice and patient engagement.
  • •Evaluate and clinically validate capabilities, care pathways, programs, and content against current evidence and standards of care.
  • •Contribute to agentic capabilities by maintaining rubrics, running AI agent evaluations, and producing golden datasets for governance.
  • •Review and grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics using clinical judgment to flag unsafe or over-scope guidance.
  • •Apply clinical governance standards for clinically-focused solutions and content, partnering with compliance and regulatory teams for safety and accuracy inputs/outputs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 135,700 - 165,900

Key Requirements

  • •Active clinical license required (e.g., RN, NP, MD/DO, or equivalent regulated clinical credential).
  • •5+ years of experience in clinical practice and direct patient care; population health, care/case management, managed care, or chronic disease management preferred.
  • •Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks (CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, NCQA accreditation standards).
  • •Experience working with regulatory bodies.
  • •AI proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and experience reviewing clinical content and AI-generated output for accuracy, safety, and appropriate scope.
