Key Responsibilities

•Develop automated jobs to optimize lot dispatching and scheduling, material movement, and task automation.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand factory challenges and address them effectively.
•Use data collection and analytics to support automated decision making.
•Troubleshoot complex engineering problems and continuously improve system interactions in an automated 300mm wafer fab environment.
•Participate in rotational on-call coverage supporting 24/7 operations and communicate change impacts to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
•3+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience working on systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supply chain environments.
•Experience developing workflow solutions or working with workflow platforms.
•Experience with dispatching/scheduling logic (e.g., Real-Time Dispatch) and/or data/querying/reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Spotfire, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel & VBA).
