Job Summary

Own operational delivery and quality performance for assigned channel partners, serving as the first point of contact for partner inquiries and escalating issues as needed. Set up new partners, educate them to reach self-sufficiency, deliver operational trainings, and communicate program/ops guide changes. Partner closely with assigned accounts to meet accreditation metrics, ensure correct warranty claims, and drive customer satisfaction through issue resolution and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned PPS channel partners.
•Onboard new partners and educate them using a self-sufficiency/engagement model.
•Deliver operational trainings and communicate ops guide/program changes.
•Serve as main point of contact for partner enquiries end to end and drive resolution of partner issues.
•Ensure partners meet operational targets (accreditation metrics), deliver customer satisfaction, and support operational improvements with assigned accounts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master in Business or related field.
•Fluent in written and verbal English.
•Experience in a virtual team environment.
•2-3 years of service delivery experience (advantage).
•Understanding of the channel partner business model (advantage).
