Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key engineering projects/programs from initiation to closing, driving execution and providing regular status updates.
  • •Define program charters, plans, schedules, and program metrics/objectives; track and report PMO KPIs.
  • •Lead internal cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities and ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks/defects, manage interdependencies across platform, SRE, and QA, and lead technical task forces when needed.
  • •Improve project management processes by surfacing feedback, aligning stakeholders on best practices, and facilitating discussions with engineering SMEs.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a technical position (software engineer, QE, platform engineer, etc.).
  • •6+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
  • •Agile and waterfall project/program management experience.
  • •Ability to lead large, complex initiatives with minimal oversight and introduce structure in volatile conditions.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating with technical and non-technical groups.
