Research Engineer, Synthetic Data

Build a synthetic data pipeline for RL training data and evals used by frontier AI agents. Partner with subject-matter experts to turn domain workflows into realistic, scalable synthetic tasks, then design generation methods and tooling to mutate, validate, and improve tasks. Analyze model and agent performance to understand what the tasks teach, and develop metrics for diversity, realism, and learnability across professional and technical domains.
