Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle hiring responsibilities: sourcing & pipeline building, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations.
•Build-out new hiring processes: job descriptions, interview process, evaluation, closing strategies.
•Design infrastructure and reporting metrics to scale hiring efforts, increase efficiencies, and make data-driven decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience hiring in a very fast paced environment with a high cultural and technical bar.
•Experience at tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure or data centers.
•Extensive stakeholder management experience – partnering with hiring managers, senior leadership, c-suite executives on hiring strategies.
