Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle hiring responsibilities: sourcing & pipeline building, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations.
  • •Build-out new hiring processes: job descriptions, interview process, evaluation, closing strategies.
  • •Design infrastructure and reporting metrics to scale hiring efforts, increase efficiencies, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements
