Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as site FMEA Administrator and domain expert, driving deployment, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of design/process/system FMEAs.
  • •Facilitate proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation using robust FMEA methodologies across the product and manufacturing lifecycle.
  • •Champion FMEA standards, training, and coaching to improve development, action prioritization, risk reduction, and lessons learned integration.
  • •Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System aligned with Micron standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain continuous audit readiness and oversee internal audits while supporting external certification, customer, and regulatory audits; ensure corrective actions close effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or EMS industry with annual revenue exceeding $1B USD.
  • •Proven experience serving as an FMEA Administrator/Champion/Domain Expert across multi-functional organizations.
