Job Summary

Own commercial contracts for EMEA, advising and negotiating agreements to drive deal-making and revenue. •Drive contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders, including markup, arguments, and negotiation strategy.
•Supervise the EMEA commercial legal team, handling case monitoring, first-point escalation, decision support, and team coordination.
•Adapt contracts to evolving AI regulation and compliance, with support from product and compliance teams.
•Develop structural resources for the commercial legal team and other stakeholders (e.g., GTM teams, procurement), and provide training to the business on AI legal/compliance and contract negotiation.

Key Requirements

•Master degree in law; bar admission is a plus.
•Minimum 8-10 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation.
•Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications, with good understanding of areas of law including data privacy, IP, contract law, liability, and regulatory/compliance.
•Ability to analyze complex legal and technical issues related to AI and identify risks and solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
