Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, update, and provide strategic advice on a wide range of commercial contracts, including AI-related service agreements.
  • •Drive contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders, including markup, arguments, and negotiation strategy.
