Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build validation and safety products used platform-wide, including test generation, coverage and safeguards, deterministic/predictive test selection, and mutation testing at scale.
  • •Build a polyglot static analysis layer that provides an automated, language-agnostic first quality gate for agent-generated code.
  • •Develop agent-specific safety signals, including prompt flakiness detection, agent trajectory evaluation against execution traces, and semantic correctness scoring.
  • •Define platform capabilities and make build-vs-buy and build-vs-extend decisions as platform scope grows.
  • •Apply sound judgment on agent sandboxing, scoping, and data redaction wherever agents access test infrastructure or execution environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced building and operating a platform used by other engineering teams, treating product work as platform work.
  • •Comfortable making product decisions on what the platform should own versus expose via an API, and when to build new versus extend.
  • •Advanced daily user of agentic coding tools, including hooks, MCPs, and context management.
  • •Security-minded with a working understanding of agent sandboxing, scoping, and redaction.
  • •Familiar with testing culture tooling such as test frameworks, code coverage tooling, CI systems, and post-deployment verification.
