Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of contract management, ensuring alignment with best practices and project objectives.
  • •Analyze contracting strategies and conduct market research to support bid packaging, bidder lists, and technical/commercial bid evaluations.
  • •Lead bidding processes and coordinate internal stakeholders, including kickoff meetings, follow-ups, and open action management.
  • •Monitor contractor technical and administrative compliance with reporting, traceability, and risk register updates; manage change requests.
  • •Review payment certificates, lead technical/financial close-out, process correspondence, and conduct post-execution contractor evaluations and lessons learned capture.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in mining projects, preferably with field exposure.
  • •Strong understanding of contract administration in fabrication and goods procurement.
  • •Native Spanish speaker; fluent English preferred.
  • •Familiarity with PMI and AACE methodologies is a plus.
