  • •Lead high-performing, multi-discipline engineering teams to generate solutions that meet customer needs.
  • •Define engineering delivery strategy and resource profile, and manage interfaces with the wider programme delivery strategy.
  • •Define organisation and work breakdown with the Programme Manager to deliver to customer needs.
  • •Own meeting cost, schedule and quality targets; define work packages including resources, budgets, risks, assumptions and timescales.
  • •Provide day-to-day management of engineering team activities, proactively manage issues/opportunities/risks, track engineering efficiency, and identify reuse opportunities; act as People Manager for the engineering team.

  • •Strong background in engineering with experience defining and leading delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
  • •Ability to lead high-performing multi-discipline engineering teams to generate engineering solutions meeting customer needs.
  • •Experience defining engineering delivery strategy and resource profiles based on engineering estimates to deliver projects.
  • •Understanding of systems engineering life cycle, practices and tools.
