Key Responsibilities

•Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment following set procedures and identifying variations from standard.
•Maintain assigned areas according to sanitation standards and 5S cleanliness/housekeeping requirements.
•Ensure SQF, HACCP, CTS, SOP, safety, and hygiene standards are adhered to.
•Communicate with the previous shift’s equipment cleaners about unfinished tasks and special requests.
•Complete and close out SAP work orders daily while analyzing equipment performance and resolving work problems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
•Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Ability to work in a steam room (hot environment) and maintain assigned areas according to sanitation standards.
•Ability to operate a forklift truck and pass licensing requirements.
