Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Industrial Engineering to publish build plans based on production capability and constraints.
  • •Collect monthly production and R&D demand forecasts, publish build plans, manage factory capacity and inventory, and adjust to program schedules.
  • •Maintain real-time inventory status and delta to inventory goals, including coordination for receipt of materials and shipment tracking.
  • •Lead bi-weekly planning meetings and coordinate factory plans with program managers, forecasters, operations, and engineering.
  • •Report on on-hand demand (WOS), schedule/status changes, financial scrap, and product cost levers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • •2–3 years of experience in planning and scheduling or related experience.
  • •Experience using SAP for production control, shipping, and inventory transactions.
  • •Experience with complex planning and forecasting.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communication.
