Job Summary

Process and manage accounts receivable transactions for customer receipts, credits, and adjustments with high accuracy. Verify and reconcile receipts, invoices, and credit notes; analyze monthly DSO to support cash flow insights; and resolve customer inquiries related to receipt application and disputes. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to maintain order-to-cash operations, escalate discrepancies, follow accounting controls, and support month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and apply customer receipts, credits, and adjustments accurately to support financial transaction flow.
•Verify and reconcile receipts, invoices, and credit notes, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
•Prepare and analyze monthly Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and provide insights into cash flow performance.
•Handle accounts receivable customer inquiries, resolving receipt application issues or disputes efficiently.
•Assist with month-end and year-end accounts receivable closing activities and maintain integrity of financial records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
•Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting controls to ensure compliance.
•Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting.
•Familiarity with systems such as Oracle and the ability to maintain accurate, confidential financial records.
