Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of maintenance and service experience in a rental industry or related construction field.
  • •Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating field service, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • •Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; ability to meet physical requirements and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
