Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Ops Manager and Operations Supervisor to perform pre-show and day-of-show duties.
•Set up and tear down/clear the venue for concerts and special events.
•Keep the venue safe and clean, including disinfecting guest and restroom areas and restocking supplies as needed.
•Perform general maintenance and assist with venue projects (e.g., painting, pressure washing, mowing/trim/weeding).
•Respond to guest inquiries, inform guests of amenities, communicate issues to supervisors, and assist with opening/running/closing duties per policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma required.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues effectively with an upbeat attitude.
•Maintain composure around high-profile artists/guests in a hectic, loud environment.
