Key Responsibilities

  • •Own implementations end-to-end: Run every customer deployment from kickoff through go-live.
  • •Execute the non-engineering implementation work: Collect inputs and configure the platform where tooling allows.
  • •Be the customer's primary point of contact: Lead kickoff calls, weekly syncs, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • •Run UAT and drive go-live: Coordinate testing sessions and manage production cutover.
  • •Own accounts post-launch: Lead recurring syncs, monitor metrics, and surface expansion signals.
