Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for smart buildings and industrial automation. Optimize HVAC, lighting, security, energy management, and industrial processes using machine learning, IoT integration, and predictive analytics. Build and integrate models for real-time decision-making, data pipelines, and edge/cloud deployment, while driving proof-of-concepts and continuous performance improvements. Lead AI engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to advance AI strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, process automation, and anomaly detection in building and industrial systems.
•Develop real-time decision-making algorithms using sensor, IoT, and industrial control data.
•Integrate AI solutions into Building Management Systems (BMS) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) including SCADA and PLC environments.
•Design data pipelines to collect, clean, and process large-scale building and industrial data, with scalable storage and retrieval.
•Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, and drive innovation via proof-of-concepts and pilot programs.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries, with TensorFlow/PyTorch experience.
•Experience with IoT and industrial protocols including BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and OPC-UA.
•Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting, and reinforcement learning; familiarity with anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
•Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and PLC programming basics, plus knowledge of industrial process optimization and Industry 4.0.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
