Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and evaluate incoming subpoenas, court orders, and other global legal document requests for legitimacy and authority.
  • •Determine record scope and coordinate with serving agencies on format and required deadlines.
  • •Research internal systems to compile responsive records in line with global laws and regulations.
  • •Log and maintain accurate records of requests and communications in the law enforcement request management platform (Kodex) from intake through closure.
  • •Follow up with serving agencies and internal teams, escalate complex or sensitive issues to management, and support related compliance/legal processing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience at a crypto exchange or financial services company, or in a law enforcement/regulatory liaison role, or as a paralegal.
  • •Comfort working with technology and computer systems, including intermediate proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft, and Google applications.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan, prioritize, and track a high volume of concurrent requests.
  • •Detail-oriented communication with tact and professionalism, including handling sensitive and confidential information.
