Job Summary

Lead the design, reliability, and day-to-day execution of core data pipelines and analytics infrastructure while managing Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers. You’ll oversee ingestion, transformation, storage, and orchestration for trusted ELT/ETL processes, drive dbt-based modeling standards, and ensure governance for metrics, lineage, and access controls. Partner with Analytics, Product, and Technology to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps and deliver scalable, well-documented data products.

•Manage and mentor a team of data engineers supporting core data models, dashboards, and scalable data products.
•Own and optimize ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines for reliability, scalability, and high uptime.
•Oversee development and maintenance of clean, tested, well-documented data models (e.g., dbt) and semantic consistency.
•Establish metric definitions and partner on lineage, metadata, and access controls to improve data governance, privacy, and security.
•Serve as a data advisor to Analytics and Product leadership by translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and driving ad-hoc analyses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years building and optimizing data pipelines using Python or similar programming languages.
•5+ years of advanced SQL experience with relational and distributed data systems (e.g., Hive, BigQuery).
•Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and pipeline management.
•2+ years leading or mentoring a team of data/analytics engineers or owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale data products.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
