Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor a team of data engineers supporting core data models, dashboards, and scalable data products.
  • •Own and optimize ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines for reliability, scalability, and high uptime.
  • •Oversee development and maintenance of clean, tested, well-documented data models (e.g., dbt) and semantic consistency.
  • •Establish metric definitions and partner on lineage, metadata, and access controls to improve data governance, privacy, and security.
  • •Serve as a data advisor to Analytics and Product leadership by translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and driving ad-hoc analyses.

Key Requirements
