Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional technology transformation and electrification initiatives, aligned with Global Engineering, digitalization, and decarbonization objectives.
•Develop and execute multi-horizon roadmaps with clearly defined energy intensity, performance and efficiency KPIs.
•Drive deployment of advanced systems connected infrastructure, and renewable solutions to enhance asset performance and optimize fuel and electricity consumption.
•Deliver carbon reduction and energy optimization programs, including reduction in fuel consumption and electrical usage through electrification and low-emission technologies.
•Support development and optimization of data centre and high-density electrical infrastructure within the region.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Power Systems or related discipline); MBA or relevant Master’s preferred.
•10–15 years of senior engineering leadership experience across ports, infrastructure, logistics, data centres, or heavy industrial environments.
•Strong foundation in electrical engineering, power distribution, and grid-interface fundamentals, with exposure to high energy-demand environments such as data centres.
•Working knowledge of industrial control environments, enterprise engineering systems, and cybersecurity basics.
•Exposure to capital governance, vendor evaluation, and contract administration for large engineering programs.
