Job Summary

Develop and ship cutting-edge ADAS/Autonomous Driving behavior planning features end-to-end—designing, prototyping, engineering, testing, releasing, and launching. Research and productionize state-of-the-art ML-based planning and prediction algorithms, and improve decision-making through scenario extraction from fleet and simulation data. Work on scalable software stack and data management systems within the ADAS Autonomous Driving team.

•Manage the software stack for ADAS behavior planning and introduce new algorithms to improve customer experience.
•Design, prototype, engineer, test, release, and launch advanced ADAS/Autonomous Driving features.
•Conduct research to create ML-based planning and prediction solutions and take them to production.
•Analyze fleet and simulation data to extract critical scenarios that enhance autonomous driving decision-making.
•Apply software design principles to build scalable, efficient data management systems for the planning stack.

•Proficiency in C++ and Python, with 3+ years of academic/industry experience using relevant libraries for data analysis and management.

•Understanding and exposure to non-ML planning methods.
•Ability to conduct research to develop ML-based planning and prediction solutions and bring them to production.
•Background in machine learning development (3+ years preferred) and/or experience porting trained models to embedded platforms and fundamentals in C++.
