Key Responsibilities

  • •Support LEAN activities and initiatives across the Mexico Distribution Center under the LEAN Ambassador’s direction.
  • •Function as a change agent by challenging current ways of working and promoting continuous improvement.
  • •Support internal Lean audits, labor management tool usage, and maintenance of labor management processes (including process analyses and time studies).
  • •Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Power BI to translate data into actionable insights for DC performance management.
  • •Assist with training/coaching in Lean concepts and support project management activities to ensure improvements are completed on time and meet charter objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Interest and motivation to learn and apply LEAN concepts (prior experience is a plus).
  • •Basic statistical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • •Computer skills in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic Power BI knowledge and database management skills are a plus.
