Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct and indirect nursing care, including assessment, safe medication administration, and implementation of the care plan for a specific patient population.
  • •Plan and validate patient care based on assessment outcomes, identify patient care goals, and make or recommend necessary adjustments.
  • •Perform clinical procedures including skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiation of peripheral venous access.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying safety concerns, intervening to provide a safe environment, initiating emergency procedures when indicated, and accurately documenting care in the electronic medical record.
  • •Coordinate with health care teams through clear communication, participate in team problem-solving, and support inclusive care for patients with diverse backgrounds.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Ability to provide patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and deliver safe care using the nursing process.
  • •Knowledge of pharmacology and medication management and competence in wound care/healing and scare management.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
