Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive strategic AI platform solutions aligned to organizational priorities and governance.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership for the architecture and design of the Group AI platform and its AI/GenAI services and capabilities.
  • •Develop AI platform reference architecture (logical and technical) including data, model, compute, tooling, orchestration, and governance.
  • •Create integration architecture connecting AI capabilities to data, applications, and APIs with cloud and system telemetry considerations (e.g., FinOps).
  • •Define infrastructure blueprint covering compute (hybrid-cloud and on-premises), storage, networking, security, and access; deliver reusable products and architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge and experience on GenAI/Agentic AI architectures, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • •Hands-on engineering experience designing and delivering AI/GenAI solutions to production.
  • •Experience creating scalable and resilient AI platform architectures, including model lifecycle, tooling, controls, and AI capabilities.
  • •Experience providing senior architecture leadership in large, complex, internationally regulated organizations.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, model risk, legal, compliance, and control requirements for AI in financial services.
