Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of coherent, high-quality, on-time analytics products across solutions, maintaining stability, maintainability, and ease of iteration over time.
  • •Increase analytics product delivery velocity by enforcing and evolving analytics standards and ways of working, and evolving team structures in partnership with data engineering, BI engineering, and product teams.
  • •Lead solution analytics leads as their manager: own day-to-day team operations, scope and sequence work across solutions, and keep people unblocked and focused.
  • •Partner with the Data Platform Manager and Data Context & Semantic Architect to shape the BI platform and semantic foundations supporting standard embedded analytics and self-service analytics.
  • •Stay hands-on as an IC when needed to unblock the team and keep close to the craft and standards being set.

  • •Demonstrated program ownership of a technical function, including scoping, sequencing, and shipping analytics/data work across multiple parallel workstreams with ultimate responsibility for quality and coherence.
  • •Hands-on analytical depth with SQL/dbt and modern warehouse/BI to answer ambiguous questions and set the standard beyond reviewing others.
  • •A systems-builder instinct: turn proven patterns into repeatable processes, standards, and enforcement that run without personal effort.
  • •Cross-functional influence driving durable alignment across teams you don’t directly control, especially when interpretations differ.
