Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage small, medium and large-scale BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical and PH services using Revit MEP, including drawing strategy, numbering, and production methods.
  • •Coordinate BIM model setup to project standards and liaise with client Model Managers and internal project teams.
  • •Support CAD/BIM project estimation and costing inputs from client requirements and align delivery programme/schedule.
  • •Adopt new technologies and improve BIM workflows, including process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • •Provide training, advice, coaching and skills validation for CAD/BIM team members while following QA, document control, archiving and CDM guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • •20+ years of production experience in design, drafting and engineering with significant experience in a similar role.
  • •Professional qualifications: EngTech / Ieng / CEng.
  • •Hands-on experience with Revit MEP, including standard functions and Parametric Families, plus ability to coach junior staff.
  • •Experience using Revit MEP, NAVIS and AutoCAD, with knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and PH industry standards.
