Job Summary

Lead a design-focused BIM team within an engineering consultancy, overseeing production and delivery of BIM models (Revit MEP) across projects, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with UK Building Services and GCC teams, and ensuring QA/standards while driving process improvements and adoption of new BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the CAD/BIM team and manage BIM model delivery across multiple projects, setting drawing strategy, drawing types and numbers in line with project standards.
•Coordinate with project engineers and client side Model Managers to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and QA compliance.
•Support UK bidding opportunities and participate in prospect calls with UK regions to promote BIM capabilities and WSP BIM standards.
•Plan and execute staff development, training, and upskilling to maintain high performance and knowledge of new BIM technologies.
•Liaise across India/UK GCC teams to ensure cross-location collaboration and adherence to project schedules and BIM workflows (Revit MEP, ACC/BIM 360).

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
•20+ years' production experience in design, drafting and engineering
•EngTech / IEng / CEng professional qualifications
•Proven leadership experience in BIM/CAD environments and mentoring teams
•Strong communication and client-facing abilities, with the ability to coordinate across multiple regions (India/UK/GCC)
