Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from problem definition through production deployment and scale.
  • •Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and payer/supply chain domain expert to understand planning processes, workflows, constraints, systems, and business objectives.
  • •Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across planning, inventory, production, scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics, service levels, and working capital.
  • •Lead engagements through use case definition, requirements gathering, solution architecture, application configuration, validation, production deployment, user adoption, and scale-out.
  • •Partner with product management and engineering teams to identify reusable capabilities, inform product development, and scale successful solutions across plants, products, networks, geographies, and business units.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • •7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, planning, logistics, procurement, pricing, or technically focused consulting.
  • •Deep experience in one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics, distribution, or supply chain network optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience working inside a health plan or payer operations organization with exposure to claims, prior authorization, utilization management, provider operations, or member services.
  • •Ability to lead complex, customer-facing technical engagements across operational, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders; travel to customer locations as required.
