Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in daily operations across HMSHost concepts and brands at Schiphol and other locations
  • •Support business analysis tasks within the Finance department to identify process improvements
  • •Participate in HR stages across Recruitment, Learning & Development, Branding & Communications
  • •Assist the Managing Director as Personal Assistant and contribute to administrative tasks
  • •Engage in development programs and on-the-job coaching to broaden hospitality skills
