Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day operational orders from the USA IDC and imports orders arriving in Canada.
  • •Coordinate export orders out of the US and Canada and communicate with brokers and freight forwarders.
  • •Reconcile inventory with the external warehouse in Canada.
  • •Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with third-party providers, including warehouse and logistics service providers.
  • •Complete inbound receiving and SAP inventory transactions to ensure stock availability per process and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • •1-3 years of experience in a global environment with a complex matrix organization, preferably in Animal Nutrition.

  • •Knowledge of customs regulations (US and Canada) and experience with trade agreements and tariff classifications.
