Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of reporting to feedback results achieved and to highlight areas at risk to ensure sustainable growth. Accountable for Allianz Group Reporting including Value of New Business and IFRS17, modelling, experience studies, among other.
  • •Prepare business plans to identify key risk areas and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
  • •Support organizational transformation by strengthening actuarial controls and processes to achieve target productivity.
  • •Keep track and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
  • •To lead and develop actuarial staffs to improve technical know-how of the Department.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Postgraduate in Actuarial studies
  • •2 to 7 years of Actuarial Valuation related work experience
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •High learning agility and work efficiency
  • •Good verbal, written and communication skills
