  • •Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving of food.
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, budgets, and manage orders/deliveries.
  • •Cater for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays).
  • •Contribute ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience and help residents feel at home.
