Key Responsibilities

  • •Betrieb, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung moderner OT-Systeme in einer hochautomatisierten Produktionsumgebung
  • •Administration von PI- und OT-Systemen (AVEVA) sowie Sicherstellung stabiler und qualitativ hochwertiger Produktionsdaten im Operational Data Layer (ODL)
  • •Integration und Vernetzung von Automatisierung, ODL und IT-Systemen zu einer durchgängigen Manufacturing-IT/OT-Architektur
  • •Umsetzung von OT-Cybersecurity- und Zugriffskonzepten (z. B. PAM) sowie Mitwirkung in der Green Belt CSOT Gruppe zur Weiterentwicklung von OT- und Security-Standards
  • •Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in OT-Projekten – von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme sowie Konzeption moderner OT-Lösungen (Virtualisierung, Systemmigration, Netzwerktechnik)

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs- oder Informationstechnik bzw. eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt OT
  • •Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in elektrotechnischen oder OT-nahen Positionen, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie
  • •Erfahrung im OT-Umfeld eines Produktionsstandorts (Automatisierung, IT/OT, Industrie) sowie mit Systemintegration (z. B. IT ↔ ODL ↔ Automatisierung)
  • •Fundiertes Verständnis für OT-Systeme, Netzwerke und Virtualisierung sowie Erfahrung mit PI-Systemen, ODL-Umgebungen oder Produktionsdaten
  • •Interesse an OT-Cybersecurity und sicheren Systemarchitekturen sowie Projekterfahrung im industriellen Umfeld (idealerweise von Umsetzung bis Go-Live)
  • •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lernbereitschaft
