Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the voice of the customer and main focal point for post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction while preserving Airbus interests.
  • •Lead the In Service Core Team (ISCT) to drive Airbus customer service strategy and ensure a single voice per customer on in-service matters.
  • •Coordinate and oversee post-sales activities across the aircraft lifecycle, including entry into service preparation, daily post-EIS support, and end-of-operation management.
  • •Establish and maintain direct contact with customers’ management, managing internal/external stakeholder relationships.
  • •Support aircraft sales campaigns by presenting customer services, defining needs for embedding service packages, and recommending joint services sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of aerospace industry experience and 3+ years in airline/MRO or Airbus customer support experience.
  • •Professional qualifications in aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Knowledge of contracting principles and strong aviation safety awareness.
  • •Proven experience leading and managing functional or operational teams.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
