Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-service support for AJISS with focus on reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • •Configure, maintain, and optimize xFRACAS software to support failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action processes.
  • •Analyze reliability data and failure reports to identify trends and root causes and recommend system improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain procedures, reports, and reliability metrics for AJISS and xFRACAS, including equipment health monitoring support.
  • •Support technical troubleshooting for AJISS hardware/software and xFRACAS configuration issues and train end-users on xFRACAS best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • •5 years of experience in a marine or related environment.
  • •5 years of experience developing or executing a FRACAS program using reliability techniques.
  • •Ability to communicate in French.
  • •Experience working with a defence contract (preferred) or reliability-focused processes (RCM/CM/PM) (preferred).
